We have developed a new admin theme thanks to Oliver that did an awesome job, and improved the the overall look and feel.

Also we have great news for all of you! On 2.4.0 you will be able to add Locations automatically from region or country into your site! This is thanks once more to Oliver and to geonames.org for providing such awesome API!
