Gmail: E-mail, very helpful with creating filters and labels, with our internal e-mail version of daily scrum.
Drive: Sharing documents, spreadsheets, files and converting ideas into collaborative actions.
Hangouts: A great tool to have the team gather at the comfort of their homes.
Google Calendar: A good way to keep track of upcoming turning points and important dates.
2. Open Eshop
Our own sales and support system; gives us an advantage in keeping track of how our sales are going and a great channel to give proper support to our premium clients.
3. Trello
Keeps you up to date with tasks, we found this to be a great project management tool.
4. HipChat
Online chat tool that enables us to keep a continuous communication line open between team members.
5. Same.IO
An easy way to share screen with other team members.
6. Awesome Screenshot
Really good for taking screenshot for a full page, proportion or viewed part and adding annotations.
7. Github
This is a web-based hosting service for software development projects.
8. Bitbucket
A cloud based tool that helps manage, host and share Git repositories.
9. Kazam
This is a simple screen recording program that captures screen content and helps us create our “how to” videos.
10. Grid Paper
An online design tool.
11. Elastic Email
E-mail campaigns creation and management tool.
