We are Open Classifieds LTD, we develop classifieds software and other Open Source software. We offer our software for free and we make a living by selling professional products and support. We power more than 14 thousand sites worldwide. Currently we are a small team from different nationalities and we need help to speed up the product creation and to delegate administrative tasks.
Profile:
- Young person motivated to work in a internet Startup.
- Out of the box thinker.
- Really good English knowledge, especially written, not too formal but correct.
- Basic HTML knowledge, enough to edit files when needed.
- Really good skills on computer and internet.
- Excel, Word, Gmail and all these basic computer skills.
Tasks:
- Write text and documentation and blog posts.
- Proof reading of current texts and fix them.
- Social media management (really small community on FB and Twitter).
- Newsletter creation and sending. Around 18K+ members.
- Research of new markets/products.
- Getting new clients from remote job websites (you will get 10% commission for each).
- Customer care level 1, non technical.
- Responsible for the online marketing campaign – Analysis and optimization
- Set up and optimization of new online advertising channels
- Affiliate network monitoring
- Redefine business process, to improve them.
Job Offer:
- 20h work week. Flexible hours.
- Remote work or office in Barcelona (next to the beach)
- 10% in commissions for each new sale you generate.
- Learn new technologies and lean Startup strategies.
- Salary depending on candidate and experience. Increase after 6 months or earlier if proven results.
