Open Classifieds 1.2 Released

After few days, and lot of work. (Remember I develop this software in my free time that is not that much)

I’m happy to communicate that I have the 1.2 released ready o download!

The main changes that you can see in this release are:

  • Stripslashes added to the text areas
  • Changed math Captcha a bit more complicated
  • Fixed bug in IE with nicEdit
  • Able to edit an advertisement after post
  • Fix problem with upload images
  • Remember email with links to edit and deactivate

You can find the download with the themes in the Download section, and remember that you can try always the latest version on the demo.

Please any help, or recommendation for the software is welcome

We need your help and support

Hello all,

This is a call for the community.

I love to do this software and I do it for free for everybody.

Also I bring support to you for free in the forums.

But there’s few things I want you to read:

  • NO private emails with support questions please, there’s days that I receive around 20 emails. USE THE FORUMS
  • If you say that you are going to donate, that’s your call. But don’t say you are going to do it just to have better support, I hate that, you are getting nothing from me any more.
  • You can’t remove, the license link in the footer if you want to remove it please pay the service (3€).
  • I need more user feedback. Use the forum for it, as others did please
  • If you download this software and translate it, PLEASE share your translation with the community it is a nice thing from you to do. (I found this in several cases)
  • I have a new section in the site with great services for all of you, don’t doubt about it, I’m sure is the solution for many of you.
  • The software it is been downloaded 12.500 times, that’s really good :D
  • I work alone I need some help, designing, translating, support…please do not hesitate to contact me.

Please understand that the donation is not to pay me beers (maybe in the future I hope so), If I would have enough to pay the hosting, and cover some expenses I WOULD BE REALLY HAPPY.

New web Site!

Hello all,

I’m glad to say that we have new site!

Is using Wordpress as a CMS, and is right now available in English and Spanish.

Is still a bit early, but I think is almost complete.

I also migrate the current them from OC to WP then it looks more familiar ;)
